Strawhouse Resorts, located along the beautiful Trinity River, provides a stunning location that can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. We have two outdoor sites: one with a river view, and one in a park setting. The indoor site is in our newly remodeled Lodge and can be used in case of unexpected weather. We can accommodate up to 150 people comfortably. Our theme is “Simple Elegance.” Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the wedding of your dreams and doing all the labor intensive work for you to give you a time that you will not forget.

Wedding Ceremony Only Packages
River-front – you will have access to the river grounds with a maximum of 75 guests. Chairs are included in this package. No outside food or beverage of any sort is allowed. Full payment is required to secure date and is non-refundable.
1st hour – $1,000, each additional hour $700
Park-side – you will have access to the park grounds and bathrooms in the Lodge with a maximum of 75 guests. Chairs are included in this package. No outside food or beverage of any sort is allowed. Full payment is required to secure date and is non-refundable.

River-Front Wedding

You enjoy the use of our stunning river-front grounds, Strawhouse Café, patio, outdoor kitchen, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, lighting, and staff for 5 hours. Your event name will be listed on our marquee out front. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking with balance to be paid 30 days prior to event.

River-Front Wedding with Outside Caterer

Outside catering means that everything is brought in and removed within your contracted time frame. This includes all decorations, food items, trash, etc. If damage occurs to any part of the Strawhouse facilities, a fee will be assessed. All caterers must carry their own insurance and show proof of that insurance to Strawhouse Resorts prior to event date.
Park-Side Wedding with Outside Caterer
You enjoy the use of our beautiful park-side grounds, main room of Lodge with two bathrooms, tables, and chairs for up to 5 hours. Your event name will be listed on our marquee out front. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking with balance to be paid 30 days prior to event.

Strawhouse Wedding Extravaganza Package
Get your families together for 3 nights and 4 days of fabulous food and lodging! Enjoy our extensive lawns and private river access to the gorgeous Trinity River. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared for you and served on the Strawhouse Patio (weather permitting), except for the wedding meal. Also includes wine and appetizers at 5 pm each night for cottage guests only (except wedding day). Minimum of 8 guests are required to book this package, and can accommodate up to 16 guests (four per cottage).
Wedding site fee is waived (savings of up to $5000)
Rate is $225 per person per day

A service charge of $10 will be applied for each outside guest (this covers costs of additional seating, linens, staff, and facilities use).
RV sites are available for additional guests who wish to book the 4-day stay along with you at a rate of $160 per person per day.

Disclosures
- A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking for damages that might occur during your stay. This will be refunded within 10 business days after your event if no damage has occurred.
- All events held at Strawhouse Resorts end by 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Strawhouse does not provide wedding cakes, music, or flowers (other than what is landscaped).
- Strawhouse uses only compostable plates, napkins, and service-ware for all appetizer and cake serving.
